Going through the motions without supervision is often frustrating, and can lead to slower healing and less-than-ideal results.

In addition to being the owner of Forged, Seth is a board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. A native of Lexington, South Carolina, he became involved in physical therapy after a high school sports injury. Seth received his undergraduate and doctoral degrees both from The University of South Carolina where he worked with collegiate and professional athletes. He now specializes in shoulder injuries and sports rehab. However, his passion for rehab extends beyond the realm of sports, as he works with a variety of populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, and post-operative care. In his spare time Seth enjoys walking his dog, playing the guitar, and working out. As a new father, Seth finds immense joy spending time with his wife, daughter and finding ways to give back to his community.

Doctor of Physical Therapy
Owen is a licensed physical therapist and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He obtained his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of South Carolina. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University, where he also played football and rugby. Owen decided to pursue a career in physical therapy after going through sports rehab himself after several injuries. Another factor that led him to the profession was witnessing the positive impact physical therapy has had on his grandparents. He is passionate about providing top quality care and treating his patients like he'd want his family to be treated. When he's not in the clinic Owen serves in the SC Army National Guard and in his spare time he enjoys weightlifting, running, rucking, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

She has spent 25 of the last 32 years in the Columbia Metro area and upon returning to South Carolina is excited to join our team to be able to provide one-on-one care and specialized plans for each individual. Outside of the clinic, Heather enjoys spending time with her family - especially her nieces, nephews and godsons – as well as watching/playing soccer, traveling, running and spending time outdoors.
