You don’t have to live with pain! Physical therapy has a proven track record for helping people regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. Our one-on-one approach means your therapist will always be at your side, providing you with support, encouragement and guidance.

Uninterrupted Care:
Dedicated Sessions With Your PT

Too often physical therapists are tasked with juggling multiple patients simultaneously - resulting in you spending most of your time performing therapeutic exercises on your own. Going through the motions without supervision is often frustrating, and can lead to slower healing and less-than-ideal results.

At Forged Physical Therapy your clinician will be with you for your entire session. From the start of your treatment until you walk out the door, you’ll receive expert care and our undivided attention.

Our Physical Therapists

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Seth is a board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. A native of Lexington, South Carolina, he became involved in physical therapy after a high school sports injury.  Seth received his undergraduate and doctoral degrees both from The University of South Carolina where he worked with collegiate and professional athletes. He now specializes in shoulder injuries and sports rehab.

However, his passion for rehab extends beyond the realm of sports, as he works with a variety of populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, and post-operative care. In his spare time Seth enjoys walking his dog, playing the guitar, and working out.

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Owen is a licensed physical therapist and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He obtained his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of South Carolina. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University, where he also played football and rugby. Owen decided to pursue a career in physical therapy after going through sports rehab himself after several injuries. Another factor that led him to the profession was witnessing the positive impact physical therapy has had on his grandparents. He is passionate about providing top quality care and treating his patients like he'd want his family to be treated. When he's not in the clinic Owen serves in the SC Army National Guard and in his spare time he enjoys weightlifting, running, rucking, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Dr. Heather L Frederick, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert DN

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Heather is a licensed physical therapist, board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and is certified in Dry Needling. She obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Montana after receiving her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. She has an undergraduate degree in Physics from Presbyterian College where she played soccer. She has been active in the local soccer community as both a coach and a player.
Heather became interested in physical therapy after a sports injury, but helping patients with a wide variety of diagnoses move and feel better is what continues to fuel her passion for the profession. She has spent 25 of the last 32 years in the Columbia Metro area and upon returning to South Carolina is excited to join our team to be able to provide one-on-one care and specialized plans for each individual. Outside of the clinic, Heather enjoys spending time with her family - especially her nieces, nephews and godsons – as well as watching/playing soccer, traveling, running and spending time outdoors.
